HOD has exemplary customer service!! My mom ordered me some charts for Christmas on 12/12.... they were sent right out, but due to the crazy USPS, they were not received by Christmas, or New Years. My mom reached out and Cathy responded that she would send out another set of charts and she’d send them Priority.
So, we are now at 1/24 and the Priority package has not been received, however the original package was received this past Thursday (1/21). My mom immediately reached out to Cathy to ask how to return the second set of charts. Cathy instructed her to not return the charts but please pay it forward and share with my stitching family and friends!!
