Nick did a wonderful job today. He made me feel comfortable about our decision to use the rodent bate stations. We’ll keep the bate stations for 1 year and make a decision after that as to whether we will continue to use that part of our service. I hope that Nick could permanently service our home in the future!!! He understands our issues and works hard to resolve any problems that we may have.

Austin notified us he was coming and was extremely polite and helpful with our concerns. He was able to explane and reassure us that our few problems would get better in time. He also let us know what he accomplished. We hope we have him on future service calls.

Terry was very friendly & professional. He sent a text letting me know he was on his way and did a great job. He even sprayed our playground set to help prevent the wood bee problem. Overall great experience.
