DRAVEN!! Paid attention to what I was saying, was professional, kind, and uplifting. Cut my hair exactly the way I asked.This was the first time getting MY hair cut there and I will return but only to Draven. I'm truly stunned at the talent of this young person! I'm VERY PICKY, VERY EXTRA, and ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS about my hair. LOL! Draven passed the test.

Store Manager is great, she called me and fixed the hair cut for free.——————————-Horrible, I have been going to this place for 2 years and never had issues earlier but looks like they have completely new staff and today’s hair cut is pathetic. The lady that did hair cut did not even see the notes and did as she liked even after telling her repeatedly. I won’t go to this place again.
