Five Star Dance Studios is Indiana's Premiere Ballroom Studio for over 45 years and the proud recipients of the prestigious Consumer Choice Award for Business Excellence since 2010. Independently owned and operated, the studio offers entirely customized programs to suit any student's wants and needs. The staff are always pleasant, and the atmosphere is welcoming to all, making it great for a date night or just to learn something new. The experienced and knowledgeable instructors know how to break down difficult steps into manageable pieces, allowing students to learn quickly and remember steps easily. The Dance Parties incorporated into the program are the best place to socialize and practice new dance moves with the support of friends. Five Star Dance Studios offers a wide range of dance styles, including Rhumba, Hustle, Salsa, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Waltz, Tango, 2 Step, Fox Trot, and Mambo, among others, making it a fantastic place for those who want to broaden their horizons, learn something new, or brush up on their dance skills.
We started with an introductory package and had so much fun, we signed up for more classes. Angie, our instructor, is just delightful. Patient with a good sense of humor. We feel comfortable working with her.

We visited Five Star Studio tonight with absolutely no dance experience, hoping to learn a few basic moves before a ball we have coming up in June. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely comfortable and welcomed.
We started with a teaser lesson and ended up signing up for a package—and we’re so glad we did! Our instructor, Summer was amazing. She was incredibly patient with us, even though we both have “two left feet,” kept stepping on each other, and struggled to keep pace. Not once did she seem frustrated—just encouraging, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping us improve.
