My job has me in and out of the country on a moments notice. I recently returned from a trip and had a dental emergency. They got me in the same day (yesterday) and it was determined I needed a crown. I had my follow up appointment for the permanent crown next week. I found out this morning that I would be leaving again in a few days. Instead of rescheduling, they had finished my crown and completed the work TODAY! Dr. Bassett and the entire staff are incredible! In a time where customer service is a lost art, they don’t treat you like a customer. I couldn’t be happier.
Love the office set up. The staff was very caring & friendly. My daughters' visit was a just a breeze. She totally enjoyed the ambience.
