Wonderful place that is all about your health! Extra points for an amazing clean facility!!
Met the owner and she was helpful at every turn in providing resources to my many questions. Her team is welcoming and let me try out several combinations to find out what is best for me. Made it super simple to pop in during my sons’ swim practices at Fishers Hogh School.
I prefer the cold plunge/sauna room as I feel like it super charges my health and mental clarity!!
They offer month to month memberships so you if you live or work in the area then you don’t have a reason why you shouldn’t check them out.
