Went to an event hosted at F45 training in North Fishers. It was by far the hardest work class I have ever done which is good and bad, lol! Bad because I realize how out of shape I am, but good because it truly taught me so much and the coaches took the time to explain all the different workouts and they were very helpful. The coaches also made an environment that was so much fun, they were all happy and smiling and could tell they enjoyed working there.

Really great gym. Very welcoming. I did a trial at another location, never signed up, and came here on a trial some time later. Signed up immediately after and only have great things to say about this location. You won't be sad if you try it out!

I have been coming here for years and I love it. The trainers are awesome but most importantly, I love the workouts! The trainers are helpful and will push you. This is the only gym I have not gotten bored of, hence why I’m still here! The atmosphere is great and so is everyone that attends!
