I have had the worst time trying to get anyone to help me, well, let me tell you God placed it on my heart to go to community health network and just reach out for help. I walked in to get set up with a primary care physician which I havent had one in over 7 years and I was a bit scared and really didn't know how to do it. I've received excellent care here for many years. The nurses and front office staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. It can be difficult to get an appointment but at times when I've really needed to be seen they squeezed me in right away. I have not experienced any issues and wouldn't dream of leaving. Dr Spooner has always listened to my concerns and proceeded accordingly.
I went to see my new primary care physician Dr. Jordan Phelps, DO at Community Health Network Primary care office in Fishers. I arrived early, and accidentally went to the wrong floor, but the nurse was kind enough to point me to the right floor. When I arrived to the office, I checked in at the desk, and the nurse was kind and professional when she took my information. I took a seat and waited about 10-15 minutes before the nurse called me back. The nurse, Alex, was very pleasant and professional and took my vitals and answered the questions. I met Dr. Phelps and found him to be very professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. We went over my medical history and I explained my concerns about my blood pressure. He definitely listened to me and understood my concerns. He took the time to actually address my concerns and explain how to improve on my blood pressure. We had a great conversation and he gave me good advice and suggestions. I am actually happy that I have found a doctor that listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. I'm so glad I found this primary care physician and will look forward to him giving me proper care going forward. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan Phelps, DO if you need a primary care physician.
