Recently I visited Ascension Medical Group St. Vincent Fishers Office for my yearly exam. From the front office staff to the back office staff it was a wonderful experience! Staff were professional and friendly! Always a positive environment!
I have been going to this office for about 20 years and mostly see nurse practitioner SUZI Rexing… She might as well be a doctor because I haven’t had a situation that she can’t handle… She is so enthusiastic, caring and very knowledgeable. Everyone else in the office is courteous and responsive to whatever I need
Love my experience here every time. The entire staff is so kind and personable, they truly make it worth coming in. I typically don’t like going to the doctor’s office, it’s always made me a little anxious, but Mercedes (the Medical Assistant) and Dr. Hoi go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and easy.
What I love most is that I don’t feel like just another patient walking through the door. There’s a real sense of care and connection here. They remember me, take the time to ask how I’ve been, and make sure I understand everything before I leave.
