Before we even scheduled service, Pattie discussed options, prices and my concerns for my pets safety around sprays. On the day of service, She called to let me know when she would arrive and after spraying spoke w/ my husband about the service she had just provided, other services we might be interested in and was extremely professional, prompt and thorough. Prices are very affordable. Plus I'm supporting a small, locally owned business. I highly recommend!
We currently live in a 20+ year old Modular home and have been trying to build another Modular home for a few years. We liked the Commodor Greenwood floor plan, but could not find a Modular Model Home to look at anywhere in the Midwest. The manufacturer provided us interior pictures of Premier Homes' Julie model (a version of the Greenwood). Premier was halfway between our 2 properties, so we asked if we could stop in and look at their Modular models. They were more than happy to let us check out their models, even though we were out of their service area. We were blown away. Their houses exceeded our expectations and they had several Modular models to look at. We found a dealer that can do a poured concrete basement, too. We worked with the dealer in our area and spent hours on the phone with the Commodore rep finalizing details. Finally, after problems with other dealers and manufacturers over the past 2 years, we closed a deal on our new house. Thanks Premier for making this happen! We were about ready to give up.
