Window world did a great job! Ordering to install was excellent ! I got a quote for 2 windows from salesman. Price didn’t change even after their superintendent came and seen where they were at. Not an easy install. Installers came out at a later date and did a superb job made it look easy.
Could not be more happy that we went with Window World! Excellent communication from start to finish! Jim Peterson came out and gave the estimate very professional and was able to answer all our questions! Within a couple days we had we had a guy complete the measurements was very friendly and quick. We received a call 2 months earlier than expected for installation scheduling! The installers (Jay and Issac) were just awesome! Again communication was top notch and very organized and professional. Jay and Issac were really professional and kind individuals. They explained everything to me as they went along, they addressed concerns my husband had, and were efficient and quick with their craft. I can't say enough positive things about the workmanship of Jay and Issac.
