The salesman, Glenn, offered an in-depth description of the different grades of windows they offer and spent quality time with us as we made our decision to replace all the windows in our home. The installers were professional. They started the moment they got to our home and worked non-stop until the job was completed. They installed 11 windows in 6 hours and cleaned up everything inside and out. We are very pleased with the new windows.
