Everyone here is so friendly! They are also very good at explaining eveything about your visit like what tool they're using, what it's used for, and the next steps. Overall amazing communication and kind staff.

Was going to another dentist before they said I was gonna have gum disease for the rest of my life. Said I needed multiple teeth removed and I had a wisdom tooth killing me. Went into the office told them everything they had a plan to get me fixed right up totally life changing from my last dentist to this office best I’ve felt in years.

Total ripoff but had to do what they said because of a surgery I had coming up, ruined my parcel and couldn't fix it , then said I'd just have to get a new one? Total disrespect

Dr Shymick focused on everything I had to say, answered my questions very confidently, very attentive and gave me exactly what I needed, I feel they go over and beyond; the whole staff. They are very nice and considerate and patient, before I went to see tri-state family dental center my mouth was like a prison riot now I’m out on parole and in control

I would love to give a review. Lol. I am terrified of the dentist 😬. Cheryl made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She assured me they were there to help. I am so grateful for the team there! Thank you 😊 also the lady who did my deep cleaning was fantastic! I'm sorry I'm bad with names. I highly recommend this place! Dr Schymik was very pleasant also!

Very disappointed in this office as I tried to call and make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and they’re saying they sent me a do not return letter at my old address for not paying a $24 bill. I called and tried to pay it, they told me they would accept my payment, but not accept me as a patient which is pretty crappy. Do not recommend this office because I’ve never gotten mail forwarding to my new address from 2022 in regards to my outstanding bill of $24.

We had a big problem with a three month old denture that was made locally with one of those fast get it in one day place that had a written warranty supposedly L O L well after a year of battling them, we went to this place tri-state dental they repaired my husband‘s denture was so sweet and understanding Assured us That it was not just that he was eating and assured also that we did nothing that the bottom plate of his teeth was Improperly made that caused stress on the upper plate and broke off the tooth. Thank goodness for these people and we absolutely love them and give them five stars. I would give them 10 stars if it were available.

Lovely people. I was shocked they were able to get me in so quickly. Cheryl is wonderful person who walked me through all the processes and answered all my questions. She was kind and straightforward through the whole appointment. Definitely going back!
