I came in today (3/20) to check and see if a used guitar I bought needed a setup. A very friendly guy, whose name I didn't get, took it in back and did a slight truss rod adjustment and put a strap button on the guitar. The guitar plays much better now. I will definitely be coming back again! It was nice to be treated like a friend instead of someone to take money from.
