Jenn was down from Indi and was super kind and personable. Cared about the little details and about helping us find the right style. The customer service was a breath of fresh air compared to what we were used to. And the selection of frames was great.

Amazing care and customer service! Went in for a reexamination for our 9 yr old that has dr phobia and they completed the exam with empathy and compassion and didn't charge us for coming back in to finish it!
