We searched several places for a hot tub in southern Illinois and were not impressed. Drove to Evansville and stopped at Spa City. Found the perfect hot tub at the ideal price within twenty minutes! The showroom is a must see with a choice for everyone! The sale was honest and quick! Delivery team was incredible! Prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. Jeff and his team are the best at what they do, from helping to pick out the perfect spa to making calls on something not working correctly, they go above and beyond for their customers who are like family to them.
The owner will personally help you out. They have delivery for hot tubs and swim spa. They do repair work for all items still under warranty. Jeff is the owner. He is knowledgeable and polite. Jenny works as a store manager. She is very polite and sincere with her help. I would recommend buying any spa related item from them. They back what they sell and charge a very fair amount for all of their products. They do not try to upset or convince customers they need extra items that are not necessary. The atmosphere is friendly and up to date on the latest technology.
