Me and my husband recently purchased a hot tub from Spa City and the experience was excellent! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us make a great decision on which hot tub to buy. We visited other hot tub store’s in the area and none of the other stores were as helpful as the Spa City staff. Spa City delivered for free and also came back to adjust the settings for us and gave us proper instructions on how to operate our spa. Excellent customer service, friendly staff and great prices. Please visit them and take a look at what they have available. You won’t be disappointed.

We searched several places for a hot tub in southern Illinois and were not impressed. Drove to Evansville and stopped at Spa City. Found the perfect hot tub at the ideal price within twenty minutes! The showroom is a must see with a choice for everyone! The sale was honest and quick! Delivery team was incredible! Prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. So happy with Spa City and our new hot tub!!
