99 degree day, AC goes out at 5:00 pm. Called Schmitt and they were there within an hour or so. Michael (technician) explained what was going on, executed the work, and cleaned up. He even rounded up my foster dog which got out of the fence and took off up the road. Excellent service all the way around.
Jonathan from Schmitt Refrigeration did a fantastic job! He was very thorough, but also very patient with all our questions. He serviced both our furnace and our AC unit. We will definitely call them again for any other work we need!
This 4th of July found us with a loud metal on metal banging noise so I shut off a/c to avoid a major catastrophe.Finding a service Technician was another issue!
Calling my Gold Plan provider got me nowhere. So by noon I called my uncle’s service and immediately received a person who gave me the estimated time for service and cost! I jumped at their efficient and helpful service.
Sean the experienced Technician was here after completing his other calls, making it a regular , not OverTime call and had ac on in 2 minutes with a missing screw in the right place.
