Very professional people w/ the patients and understanding of a saint!! The women in the office are on the ball here this yr! When my maintenance request gets submitted they have been expedient in getting the problem solved!

Ever since the switch from kp rents to the new owners rent depot we have had fewer concerns with our needing of maintenance and I know any concerns or questions I have will be answered in a timely manner. They are also graceful and understanding.

Yes rent Depot is a agency or company that rents houses and apartments to individuals who qualify. They have two of the best maintenance men that I have met and all of my life, I really don't want to put the full name out there but one of the guys names starts with a B and the other gentleman's name starts with a M. I'm very satisfied with the outcome that has been developed I greatly appreciate it!!!
