I work for JE Shekell and Josh Hecox is our saving grace when it comes to all of our IT needs. He is always quick to respond to any issue we have and always has fast solutions. We have recently switched to PC Quest from a company where there was not alot of support, Josh always goes above and beyond for our staff! Infinity stars to Josh!

PC Quest and Mekhi Williams form a very effective combination in the provision of a great service response. I operate a small business via the web and I cannot afford (in either product delivery or cash flow) to have extended downtime on my business-based PC. An AM call to PC Quest generated a call to independent sub-contractor, the young Mr. Williams and produced not only a same day in-residence service call ..... but even more importantly, same day resolution of the problem.Mekhi, is all business on the job, working rapidly and effectively.
