A phenomenal company. In an age of spending endless time on hold navigating menu options that don’t work - it was a breath of fresh air to talk to a knowledgeable human within a few short rings. She identified the direction I wanted to go and put me in touch with a tech that responded in hours. Derek was at my house the next day and helped identify 5 possible solutions to my issue and started the ball rolling right then and there with a phone call back to the shop.
