I've been going here for months and have always been happy with the service. Everyone is great at what they do.
Unfortunately today was the first day I was not happy. I had a nail tech I had never seen there before named Ky. I needed to add two tips to my broken nails and he put the glue on first before deciding which fake nail fit my real one best so once it was on, it had to be that one. One nail is clearly not the right size. I asked him to round my nails to match my others and ended up with those two being squared. Very nice and newly-renovated nail spa. Pink and Jolene are wonderful, but avoid the guy who watches soccer. I don't have his name, but one of the taller male technicians. He's not attentive and casually goes about his work while watching TV
Went in for a full set with French tip. They turned out very messy. I had called up there later in the day to speak to someone about the nails and no answer. I did go back up there and get them “fixed” he changed one nail that was bad and other than that he just hacked off all my cuticles to “make them
look better”. My fingers are very sensitive with this set on, something I have never experienced at other salons. Price was reasonable for what I got, but not for quality.
