“Technician Chris came by and we spoke about an issue I was having with my lawn. It appeared to be a fungus but was unsure if it was. Chris took a sample back to his supervisor to evaluate. He then e-mailed me to say it was “sooty mold”. I had sprayed it with a fungicide and it appears to be isolated vs widespread so I’m in a “wait & see” before deciding on general fungicide treatment. Very pleased with Chris’s interest and concern that I had and his follow-up.“
