During this pandemic my nails grew off and not one popped off or lifted until they grew off. I always get good service. I may have to wait but when I tried another place one of my nails was always popping off. It's also 15 to fill whereas the place I was going was 18. Even when I made an appointment at the other place I still had to wait so why not save my money and go to LA Nails.

Nikki is amazing ‼️don't care for too much for the other stuff when it comes to them doing my feet but Nikki is always on point. Which by the way she's the owner. Always amazing work and very professional. I've had trouble with them constantly leaving the dead skin on my heels even after I pointed out too them. They nod their head and speak to the point where I don't understand and I leave unsatisfied with the dead nasty skin I came in with still on my feet!!!so I will never get my feet done with them and the only person that I will ever trust to do my nails is Nikki and if I can't get my nails done by Nikki then I will never get my nails done there. Because at times I had another young lady that did them and I felt she paid no attention to what I wanted. But Nikki is so awesome. I wish she had time to do feet but she stays booked! Some not all her staff needs to be retrain in listening to work that person wants and when something is not done right correct mean it in that using excuses. When I say I want all dead skin off and I'm paying and tipping going please do as I ask. My only complaint. Other than that there clean and kind people. And I just adore Nikki and her husband used to work there as well he did awesome job to.
