I don't have enough room to write all of the horrible experiences I had while living in this building.The location on Main Street was perfect for me, the floor that I was on was usually very quiet (except for the college kid that moved in towards the end of my time at Kunkel and overdosed, causing a shitstorm of issue to brew - a tale for another time), and it was moderately safe to walk my dog after dark. It is a shame the Kunkel Group allowed such a beautiful and historic building to sit unmaintained as they have for so long. It is also a shame they were raising rates and gouging tenants as the quality of living was going way down. FAST.I would never recommend anyone...read full review
