Thersa, who works in payroll is the absolute best!! She is always so welcoming, kind and happy. She responds quickly to my emails and is so helpful when I need her. I would HIGHLY recommend Thersa at John Friend and any staff there! Tim is one of the best accountants that I have worked with and Kathy is so friendly and personable! John Friend Accounting have prepared our taxes since 1984 and has done an excellent job. We approached John because we did not think we had gotten all the deductions we we entitled to from our current preparer. John went back 3 years to get our entitled deducts.. We deal with John personally every year but before our taxes are filed they are always double checked by another staff member. Everyone is friendly, business like and when you call with a question..they will get an answer for you in a timely manner.We recommend John and any member of his staff very highly

John was very helpful in getting our tax situation squared away. I retired & did NOT employ an accountant initially, which turned out to be a thousands of dollars mistake. John took the time to sort everything out for us, as painful as it was. Although we're not "big kahuna" clients John spent the time going over every last (painful in our case) detail & always seemed interested in OUR best interests, regardless of the size of our bank account. My only issue is that sometimes he's difficult to get ahold of, but that seems normal for tax accounts, especially during tax time!
