As a lifelong Jiffy Lube customer, I stopped in when my check engine light came on. We aren't from the area and the check engine light came on during a road trip. I needed the issue investigated quickly so we could continue our travels. They ran the codes and fixed the issue, which wasn't small, but wasn't too big. Let's just say it was more than an oil change. I could tell they were experienced and it felt like a garage or shop and not just a place for an oil change. I'm happy with the work they did and they got me back on the road quickly. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Evansville. Fast, courteous, friendly service. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. A great customer service team. I formerly used their location in olney Illinois but it closed several years ago. I would love to have a store opened closer to my own location.

Picked up a rental 10/07 at Hertz. Was on a tight schedule. After a short drive, noticed a tire low with a nail in it. Hertz sent me to Jiffy Lube at Crosspoint. They said they would send a ticket through. Didn't catch the Office attendents name, but he quickly found nail, and repaired tire. I wasn't there but just a few minutes. I was going to just pay it myself if ticket hadn't come through. He didn't even look for it, just said "no charge" and I was on my way. Way above and beyond! Good staff working there, thats for sure!
