Arcey is INCREDIBLE! I scheduled an apt. (that she was super flexible and accommodating with) for my daughter to get her ears pierced and for myself to get a new piercing. Both my daughter and I were super anxious when we walked in, but the second Arcey came out she was so welcoming and bubbly our anxiety was eased immediately. She made us both feel completely comfortable! Arcey is super knowledgeable about what she does, has the patience to explain all of it (more than once given my attention span), and pays such close attention to detail. When our piercings were done she made sure to remind us that if we had any questions or concerns during the healing process that we should absolutely reach out to her. I cannot recommend her enough. If you're looking for a trustworthy piercer - you couldn't be in better hands.
