Bailey was absolutely wonderful, so down to earth and just made the time fly by! I get very nervous trusting new people with my hair but Bailey was very knowledgeable and made me all one color when I was two to begin with! I would 100% recommend her and I will go back!!!

I had a fantastic experience, Olivia was wonderful! I enjoy being able to have a conversation with my stylist and she was super easy to talk to! I love the cut and style she did for my fine hair, 100/10 I will be back in the future.

I’ve been to a few different places trying to find a stylist and decided to try JCPenney salon. Olivia cut my son’s hair a few weeks ago and was wonderful so I made an appointment with her to have my hair colored. She did amazing and was so kind! I will definitely schedule with her again next month.
