Would like to sincerely thank Ronnie the Electrical unit supervisor at Jack Frost. I called at 7am friday Aug 15 with a concern of loss of power in half my home.He took time to come evaluate my concern arriving at 8 am.He inspected the sevice panel in the basement and ran several tests with a multi-meter and found the main breaker with only 120 volts coming from the main breaker which should have 240 volts going to the breaker grid diagnosing half the main breaker had gone bad.He informed me of the repair costs and said would try to conplete repair today if parts were available which was fine.He went to his truck and made a phone call to locate parts.He contacted me and...read full review
