I bought my house December 2024 and almost immediately after moving in single digit temperatures caused my water to stop flowing in the bathroom and kitchen. My immediate concern was preventing the pipes from bursting and had heat lamps placed in the crawlspace as a stop gap. I then began researching crawlspace insulation and found mine had none and needed it. Before I bought the house it was refurbished and the ductwork was moved from the crawlspace to the attic - no warm air under the house. Don Wood was amazing when he came out to give me my quote for the insulation. He made sure I understood what was needed and what was going to be used, and how it was going to be done. We also talked a little about what else I needed to do with the house I am working on, and he recommended someone who is now doing some work for me
