The whole process was great!! The consultation was extremely informative. Jed took his time to explain all the options of different roof types and the benefits of each and financing options and answer any questions that I had. The crew that installed my roof were respectful, friendly, and worked diligently to complete the job in only 2 days!!! They really had their work cut out for them as I needed all new decking and shingles, not to mention they worked in some pretty chilly temperatures!! i will have to say that the staff and work crew was the most professional that i've seen in my years of teaching maintenance technology. i was impressed by the speed that the removed the roof and was able to load it into the trailer and not leaving any traces of roofing around in the yard. they took extra care by placing sheets of plywood over my windows and covered my cars so they would not be damaged. the roofing crew worked seamless together as a unit and i did not hear any disagreements among themselves. the quality of material was a premium grade, and all the right steps were done to ensure a long roof life. when the job was completed, there was no evidence...read full review
