Nathan, the owner, refunded the full cost of the sink replacement in a timely manner, and I appreciate his efforts to resolve the situation. We have mutually agreed to discontinue cleaning services moving forward.

Today I had 2 cleaners, Jessica and Kaitlyn come clean my house. I was very disappointed with my first experience using Merry Maids. After the cleaners left, I later discovered that our bathroom sink had been cracked. Unfortunately, this was never disclosed to us by the cleaning team. I only found out later that evening while helping my kids brush their teeth after they came home from school.

Accidents can happen, but what was most upsetting was the lack of honesty and communication. I would have appreciated being informed immediately rather than discovering the damage myself later on. Because of this experience, I would not feel comfortable using this service again.“
