I've known the staff at Highland for years, because the Gormley's generously took care of the animals for the rescue I worked with. I still take one of my older cats with complicated food issues to them even though I live all the way across town, and they recently worked me in very quickly to give a second opinion on another who is having health problems we're trying to diagnose. Even though he's not a regular patient, they took time to peruse his records and talk to me in detail personally before ordering a couple less common tests. I know I can turn to Dr. Gormley, Carol and Molly for great advice when I need it and I know how much they care for the animals they treat.
Brought my cat here as a first time patient. Staff were incredibly kind. They have a polite bird that likes to ask how you’re doing. We were taken back quickly. They were very gentle with my cat and tried to make him as comfortable as possible. That were quick to find out what the issue was. I can’t speak for everyone’s speed as my cat only had a mild issue. We will be returning!
This is by far the best and most caring vet practice I have ever been to. I have a chronically ill cat that I've been to 4 different vets with, all of them pushed and pushed and pushed for more expensive testing and refused to help me or do anything about it, even ghosting me whenever I told them no to retesting things they tested for a year ago and even squeezed me in when he was having emergencies. This place found the issue with ease. Every since staff member I've ever interacted with has been so caring and compassionate. Will definitely be a lifelong customer.
