Great place for the most part. I go here for the Sublocade shot, per the instruction of the Vanderburgh County Therapeutic Work Release program; I could and would have gotten it elsewhere but they wanted me to go to this particular clinic, because, (presumably) money.
My first appointment, they weren’t able to give me the shot because they had to wait for insurance approval, but there may have been a way around that if I’d pushed for it and they did what they could to give it to me that day, it seemed. I had to get fingerprinted for a job. The staff were nice, the facility seemed clean. They got me in and out, the whole process took probably 10 minutes. They have a nice waiting room, lots of chairs. They do have some cats running around
Staff is amazing and I truly cannot not say enough about Dr. Daniel Heard he always goes above and beyond. He has done for me what other dr would not. He is always willing to listen and take the extra time needed. And, believe me if he don't know the answers to something he willing to seach and find out. He is a family man and truly understands internal aches and pains as he's wife suffers from pain. In the end. I love everything about this place I would recommend it too anyone!
