The casket spray, floral arrangement and 4 ferns I ordered for my mother’s funeral, Pauline Arnold, were beautiful. I can’t thank you enough for making such breathtaking arrangements. Everyone thought they were gorgeous. It meant so much to me.

Heidi Griese and the staff of Flowers and More were unbelievably accommodating and gentle/caring when I came in looking for a casket arrangement as my father had passed unexpectedly (near the end of January 2022). I personally have experience in floral design and knew about what I wanted. Had consulted with my mother on colors and styles of sprays to lay over the casket, and she was very specific to what she liked. I brought a few photos and a list of floral that she had liked. While the arrangement style as different than those that Heidi had in her portfolio, she and I talked through this very difficult time and she made a few calls to see about floral availability as the funeral was the next day. Several other well known floral companies in the area had told me "if we don't have the floral in stock, we cannot make you what you want." Heidi called her supplier and had someone either deliver what we needed or went and picked them up. The arrangement was exactly what we wanted. She even sent an extra vase with a small arrangement for us to have to take home. She referred us to a jewelry maker to dry the floral and make a piece of jewelry for my mother. We did this as well. The only thing I wish I would have done - that I did not - was my mother later asked me if I took a photo of the floral for dad....I had not. She said they were so pretty and looked just like him to her. I cannot say enough kind words for this lady....Heidi made a very difficult task as perfect and as easy as it could be. I know the flowers are for those surviving / the living, but from my descriptions and my words, she created something that truly represented my dad (Pappaw Terry to anyone who ever met him) and it was truly a beautiful thing she did for me in my time of need. Lastly, the pricing was very fair for what she delivered. Casket floral often ranges all over the board in price - but we had asked for very specific floral - none of which I would consider super "cheap" filler type items - and she still came in on par with costs that I would associate with floral that was mid-tier pricing - using higher cost materials and floral stems that probably could have been marked up an additional 15-20% easily. I would highly recommend her for any occasion based on this experience - and while it has been a terrible time for us as a family - what she did with this just shows how much she cares and loves her work and the people she services. I will be using her again in the future for happy and sad occasions as she achieved obtaining my trust - and knowing that I have the experience of doing this work personally - I can say confidently that I will hire her services again as this was so well one - it could not be a fluke!
