“I’m really impressed and glad that I came in for an eye exam so I could get new glasses. The Doctor however informed me that there is a more serious issue with my eyes and that I really need to see a specialist. After he took the time to explain and show me the results of my eye scan he referred me to Talley Eye Institute, so now I’m just waiting to hear from them as to scheduling an appointment for me to see one of their doctors to see what needs to be done to repair my eyesight. Everyone one I had contact with at Keen Eyecare was very helpful, nice and professional. Keen Eyecare is now my new optometrist and I’ll recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know and meet who says anything about having their eyes checked. “Had a piece of metal stuck in my eye and Was sent there from a urgent care he was able to remove the piece from my eye was so nice and was down to earth and very kind remove the piece and my eye felt so much better still healing could not be more glad that they got me right in even though it was a weekend I could not think him and his staff for getting me in and taking care of my eye problem would highly recommend anybody that needs to see an eye doctor or have anything removed from their eye!!“

“This was my first time in this eye care shop, and everyone is very friendly. But after a nice lady finished with my eye measurements, etc. I was told to go look at all the frames and pick out the frames I liked while I waited on the optometrist to call me into the room. In which my appointment was at 8:45 a.m. and the lady was done with me by 9:15 a.m. and as I looked at my clock and saw it was then 10:58 a.m. and I had a Doctor's appointment at 11:10 a.m. with a different doctor, I had to stop one of the ladies as she walked by and asked if she knew how much longer it would be for the optometrist to call me into his room, she was very apologetic that I had been waiting almost an two hours for him to call me in, she decided to go on and take me to his room and told him I had waiting. And I totally understand that sometimes things like this happen's sometimes. So I do want to give this place another try because my daughter has been going here for the past 5 years and she loves it.“
