This use to be owned by a man from Romania and he was excellent. The woman who owns it now, I believe worked for him and she is also excellent. She is I believe from Russia. I'm not sure she is fluent in English. She maybe not be as "warm" and "fuzzy" as most but I do not know what she has had to endure in her life time. I have been going there for years and all my alterations have been perfect. I will give her 5 stars because of the quality of her work. She has been very fair to me. Prices are reasonable.
