I am usually a people person and I think customer service is important. This is an extremely rude woman that and she charges way too much. I was going to get a cuff in a pair of pants and she charges $22 per pants. Then had the audacity to treat me as if I couldn’t afford it!!! DO NOT go to this business! Please, please, please! Stay away and go elsewhere.

This lady is rude, volitaile, and does not listen. I took my daughter’s dress there to be let out. She replaced the zipper she insisted was broken (it wasn’t, the dress was new) and didn’t let the dress out. She insisted there was no fabric to let it out, not that she called me. Turns out there’s a good inch of extra fabric on both side seams. Avoid this shop like the plague!

Because I declined her services, she ripped open the curtain as I was completely undressed and told me to “give her back her things!” As she removed the pins from the dress. She is the rudest person and I do not know how she stays in business! The next alternation place I went to said they hear it all the time how mean and nasty she is.
