“I moved from Evansville to halfway across the country. Like a dummy i left 2 valuable sport coats at the Pearl Cleaners in Evansville. I called and Krystal made it a point of taking the jackets to UPS on her lunch break so i could get them shipped. This was well beyond any expectations i would have for customer service; it was exemplary!!! While i wont have occasion to be in Evansville again, i heartily recommend using Pearl Cleaners. Krystal you are a gem for providing such great service!!“
