Deaconess Family Medicine

Just a heads-up for anyone taking their kids to Family Medicine at Deaconess in Evansville. I took my 4-year-old in to see Dr. Jason Keenan because he had a really bad cOugh, and we walked out with no real help. We were told they didn't want to interfere with another doctor he's scheduled to see next month meanwhile my son is still cOughing weeks later. We went back again and still got no answers. Extremely frustrating experience. I won't be taking my child back there.

R.K Has Awful bedside manner. Lied about my testing results in my chart, that we’re done in office. The office wouldn’t allow me to switch residents even though I was able to switch a family member prior to this incident. Doesn’t deserve to thrive in this department. Should not be allowed to see patients. Rude about having to refill my medications. My insurance wanted me tested for and put into my file that my medicines were necessary and she didn’t want to put in the referral. Finally switched offices, and deciding to leave a review of my recent experience (been going to family practice since I can remember (5/6) years old. Now 24.

I have left messages for my doctor. It's been already two weeks. They are supposed to call me for a follow-up appointment for my blood clots I had in my lungs haven't done that yet. I know they have seen my messages. I think it's very unprofessional for them to treat me like this. I have done everything they have asked. I had to look up on Google caused I can't seem to get a doctor to answer my question so I have treating myself.
