I’ve had three different therapists here, just due to insurance and scheduling, and all of them have provided me something extremely valuable. I work with Melissa who is so dedicated and knowledgeable about her work, it’s inspirational. After years of going, the front desk of each dept. remembers my name and makes sure I get what I need, it’s a wonderful resource to have.
What a joke, you’re playing with people’s lives here not just the patient but their family too, these type of places should not exist I believe they should be abolished so they can’t hurt others! Shame on you people!!
They ask for you to arrive 15 minutes early just for you to sit in the lobby and wait 30 minutes past your appointment. When getting back there it feels they want to get you out as fast as they can so they can with the quick questions and a send off. The nurses never call back when leaving a message about prescriptions! Meds are getting sent wrong. This place has really gone down.
