My leather jacket was snagged by a shelf in Walmart and he repaired it with no problem. Replaced soles on my Birkenstocks, and repaired my cowboy boots. I had a pair of boots I was trying to save, and he was honest and said there’s no way those can be fixed unless you find the manufacturer who made them. I had worn them for 15 years and the shaft was broken, and yes, I am a hard walker. He’s a very honest and gentle person.He’s the BEST.
