I've had their quarterly service at my house for 25 years. No issues - I have outside service. If a bug issue pops up in the house, like ants, they are here within a day. Rates are okay - I pay for a year at a time.

Called many pest control companies for an issue we had arise. ARAB was the best "bang for the buck" customer service was phenomenal, from the first phone call when asking about price quotes to both of the technicians who came to our home. We had two treatments done for the price of one at many other places. All staff was friendly, and explained their services in detail detail we knew exactly what to expect and what we could do as well to help with the issue. Not only was it friendly to our wallets, but the issue we had---is now completely gone thanks to ARAB Pest Control!
