Been with this branch since before it was allied. If you understand how security companies work and that it's contract work this place is great. A lot of posts are really easy and communication is great. The OT hours are there for those willing to go the extra mile to get them. With any job it's not just handed to you. We have a lot of former military, police and even a few FBI agents who I've had the pleasure of working alongside. If you have the will to make a career of this or even a retirement job this is the place to do it.

Good place to work. The work is steady, and you are expected to do your job. Overtime is available especially when guards move on or can’t comply with policy. If you want a regular 9-5 job security may not be the field for you. We work odd hours. If you are the type of person who makes situations worse when you show up, you won’t be a good fit. If you want to be a tough guy rather than de-escalate a bad situation try a different job. It is a good place to network if you are looking to expand into other areas of emergency services.
