For me, there were three things that were most important for my wedding: venue, food, and music. Joe definitely delivered on the music! He was communicative, understanding, provided direction, and played all my 'must have' songs!I separated my song requests by genre and had a whole list of slow songs. Joe expertly weaved in the slow songs and chose the order of the rest based on the crowd. There wasn't a single time the dance floor was empty, or even close to empty, since it opened. I also had a musician play our first dance song and Joe coordinated with him directly to ensure the proper setup and timing to make sure it went smoothly.
