After contacting a few pool companies in the area, I decided to work with Royal Pools(RP). I had the pleasure of working with Jim and Will (installation). The original service call was for filter sand replacement, but after a requested inspection of the filter to ensure it was working properly, Will and Jim discovered my filter was actually broken. They showed me the pieces of the filter and took the time to explain the problem and possible solutions. Although royal pools didn’t carry my current brand filter, I decided (even after obtaining quotes from other companies) to use RP for this job. I decided to use RP because I trusted the gentlemen who were sent to service the filter. They were honest and knew what they were talking about and seriously, the nicest guys you’d ever meet. I also had a pleasant experience with Sandra who “runs" the office and she assured me they could order a filter comparable or they could possibly order parts and fix the old filter. Sandra was so nice and made me feel like this job was important and a priority, as the summer was slowly slipping away.
