I had a total of 4 appointments with this group, 2 with Dr. Kassar and 2 with Dr. Fattouh. My initial appointment w/Dr. Kassar was an evaluation for a recent head injury and chronic lower back pain after failed back surgery. It took close to 90 minutes to be seen. He ordered scans for both issues and referred me to Dr. Fattouh for the back pain, and scheduled a follow-up for the head injury after scans were completed. The follow-up was a tele-health appointment, which was also over an hour long wait. IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of any receptionist at anytime. Can't even contact them to pay a bill. Coded my bill wrong for testing ,my insurance rejected to cover me that was over 6 months ago after reaching out to them 12+ times and they still havent coded it correctly, cost me close to a grand. Bedside manners of this practice are abysmal (an understatement). Even the concept of writing clearly explaining illnesses escapes them. One of the worst practices I have ever experienced truelly a lackluster staff.Do yourself a favor and just go to RUSH, it's like night and day

DO NOT let dr. Maher Fattou work on you! He insulted me, embarrassed me, and humiliated me in front of his staff because I told him, he made my 4 herniated discs treatment 10xs worse.He then sent me away with no meds. He told me to take a tylenol and to go see my family physician..like my family dr. would even treat these conditions...He is not the kind of dr. you want to treat you if your looking for a good human being!! He gets all your insurance money then totally cuts you off..This happened after going to Midwest neurology for 5 yrs too...
