We had a fantastic experience with this company. I called at 4:45 PM on a Sunday immediately following an ER trip with my son who suffered a head injury. I explained that we needed to have our wooden stairs carpeted to protect our son if he were to fall down them. The owner met us at our house within the next hour to look at the stairs and to see what color of carpet we were trying to match at the top. He then went to his warehouse to see what he had available and called me the next morning. He found a near perfect match and installed it the following day by noon.
