However, some clients have experienced difficulties contacting the salon, with unreturned phone calls. Despite this, many clients praise the salon's staff, citing them as friendly and skilled, with some even being inspired to pursue a career in cosmetology.
Today was the first time I had my hair done by someone other than my mother and Kayla knocked it out of the park! Thank you so much for explaining everything to me! highly recommend Shae Salon!!!
I wish I had done before and after pics! I saw Crystal on Saturday, my first time having my hair professionally done in years. I had 2 requests, no red and please cover my grey. I'm here today with the cutest brunette bob that everyone has stopped me to compliment. She was patient and thorough and left me feeling super great about myself. Thank you, Crystal!
Karen has no judgement, will only recommend product if it will help, and was easy to talk to. She never pushed product but recommended one when I was having a really bad psoriasis flair and had 2 quarter size bald spots. I had been on the same shots for a year for my psoriasis with no issues but 6 months in I had awful flairs in those 2 spots. She cut my hair in a way that hid them and suggested a shampoo. I bought it and it’s made a massive difference. She’s good people. If anyone can help you feel better I believe she could
