My family and I just moved to the area and my oldest boy needed a haircut so I took him on New Year's Eve. I checked him in online and we walked in to finish the check in process and since there is a limited number of seats (thank to the pandemic) we waited the rest of our time in our car. His stylist (I did not catch her name, sorry!) did a great job on his hair. She brought up his past haircuts from the Great Clips were we used to live and asked if we wanted to go with the same cut but my son wanted to do "something" different and I showed her a reference picture that he picked out and she gave him what he wanted.

My mom was here getting her hair cut and one of the hair stylists is cutting a little girls hair and pursuits to tell her that she needs to do everything about her hair by herself in a very rude tone. This women was yelling at a child really? I don't think I will be coming back that's just sickening

I apologize, I reviewed poorly on the wrong location, in the one in Decatur, the service is pretty good and it's a nice and Clean environment, I'm once again sorry for this misunderstanding, this was not the location to mess up my hair
