Order wrong windows. Spoke with the president of the company and he was unwilling to help fix the issue.I strongly encourage you to seek other vendors for your job. These fellas are not worth the risk.

I have never had such horrible customer service. Not only did it take 5 months to get a simple quote, but they also refused to give me a legit invoice. Then proceeded to tell me "Michigan people don't want to pay for their barns". A simple invoice is a standard procedure and if you don't want to provide one...what are you hiding? In addition to this, the barn went up crooked which you could see with the naked eye. This was 10ft off! When trying to get a resolution, the crew leader and the salesman lied and said our excavator made the dirt pad crooked and the excavator told him to put the barn there.
